Microsoft Office 2007
First Impressions
If you have been using Microsoft Office for some time and have just updated to the 2007 version, then you most likely do not need any indepth IT training.
Rather, all that you will require is to be pointed in the right direction to enable you to quickly find your way around the new look Ribbon area and generally to ease the transition to using this exciting new edition.
More graphical than its predecessors, with Microsoft Office 2007 the conventional toolbars have disappeared. In their place, all the tools you need to work with your documents are now displayed in logical groups of icons under their appropriately named menu tab. An example of this is when using headers and footers. No longer mysteriously located under the View menu, but now sensibly displayed when you switch to the Insert menu (see below).
If you are in the position of having recently upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007, whether you are an individual or a company where it is essential that your personnel continue to work in all Office programs without disruption, then our 'First Impressions' series of Booklets could be just the ticket. These are available on CD, hard copy or downloadable direct to your server.
